Product Overview
The fully automatic hose assembly machine is a turn-key production line that takes a bare hose from cutting all the way to a tested, ready-to-ship assembly - with no operator involvement at any stage. It combines four processes on a single line: hose cutting, fitting and sleeve assembly, crimping, and air tightness testing, delivering a finished hose assembly every 3.6 seconds for an output of up to 1,000 pieces per hour.
Hoses are fed automatically, while steel sleeves, joints, nuts and cores are supplied by vibratory bowl feeders. The high-precision crimping system guarantees consistent, stable clamp accuracy on every piece, and 100% of finished hoses pass through a built-in air tightness test before leaving the line - so every assembly that reaches your customer is leak-proof by design, not by sampling inspection.
